Your responsibility is to set up and oversee the invoicing & carrier services department, which include invoicing, carrier registration, matching process, carrier help, account payables and insurances.

Your accountabilities will include:

• Team management
• Productivity & cost efficiency
• Monitor quality of administration and processes
• Liaise with different departments and branches in Europe and USA
• Process management
• Provide support to our suppliers and carriers
