An international transportation company’s France division is looking for a
Responsibilities:
- Being the Head of Department, with direct personal responsibility for your team;
- Actively promote and develop the company's services within a defined region;
- Collaborate and develop relationships with cross functional business teams;
- Prepare regular and adhoc reports, statistics and analyses, and present to the center, to executives and other key stakeholders;
- Performance of planned indicators;
- Development of transport capacity of the department;
- Retention and development of the client portfolio.
Requirements:
- Higher Education (Logistics/Economy/Marketing);
- Min. 5 years of relevant professional and management experience, especially on logistics field;
- Knowledge of principles and methods for transportation including the relative costs and benefits;
- Excellent Polish, Russian, and French language is a must;
- Knowledge of the peculiarities of transportation from France, Spain, Portugal to the CIS countries;
- Good time management skills are essential, especially the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
