Opis stanowiska
- Reporting to the Director of Product Development & Innovation, this person will supervise the work of the Design team and organize work assignments on the design of precision, injection molded, plastic components and their assembly.
- Designs and develops new medical products per the requirements for medical devices
- Works closely with Project Managers and Intercompany departments on project realization, from Concept Development through to Product Launch
- Develop technical documentation of product as per the Quality and Regulatory requirements for medical devices,
- Coach, mentor and motivate the design team to increase efficiency, output and creativity.
- Directs activities of outside vendors for prototype development andtesting.
- Coordinate all functional testing on the primary stages of development.
Wymagania
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related equivalent. 10 years working experience in design of medical devices. 3 years supervisory experience.
- Must be proficient in 3D CAD software. ( Pro Engineer preferred)
- Must havesound understanding of the Quality Management system as per the requirements ofISO 13485, Medical Device Directive, Polish regulations for medical devices and the requirements of FDA CFR 21 Part 820, J-PAL
- Excellent English speaking, reading and written skills essential. Fluency in Polish. Additional languages a plus.
- Creative individual withproven problem solving skills is a must.
