Job Description:
- Play a central role in creating and maintaining client relationships.
- Identifying and shaping business opportunities and leading teams delivering projects for our Communication and High Tech clients in Poland.
- Work with our clients in variety of areas including corporate strategy and target operating models definition and optimization.
- Design and optimization of processes in the area of Marketing, Sales&Delivery, Customer Care – including digital domain.
- Perform PMO activities supporting large transformations.
- Plan and lead business change activities during our Transformation Projects.
You must have an interest in shaping and delivering business transformation programmes, covering processes, organisation, strategy and enabling technology change.
You should have experience as a project manager in delivering tangible business outcomes for clients.
- 7+ years of experience working in Communication industry (as a consultant or employee in the industry).
- Experience in Marketing, Sales and Customer Service including digital domain.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a project-focused role, preferably leading projects or project teams in Communication industry.
- Master degree from top Universities, preferred postgraduate, MBA.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- High competence in developing presentations, models and documents required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Consulting or functional experience in one or more of the areas like:
Digital services / digital channels;Cost reduction;
Customer acquisition, loyalty and retention in digital environment;
Customer excellence;Product and services innovation;Mobility transformation;Mapping & analyzing sales, marketing, customer care processes;
Development of sales force, marketing or customer care transformation business cases (top line and costs);
Knowledge of leading CRM/Sales force automation systems will be an asset;
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required.
- Minimum 5 years in Management Consulting within a reputable Management Consulting firm.
- Minimum 3 years proven successful track record, offering impeccable service delivery and client - business development.
