Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical analysis of system implementations, modifications, and enhancements according to customer specifications
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions in alignment with customer requirements
- Review field support requirements and recommend appropriate tools and test equipment
- Perform system maintenance and sustainment tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Analyze technical data and provide recommendations for spare parts and support equipment provisioning
- Work directly with U.S. personnel and integrate into a multinational support team
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Fluency in English and Polish (Polish citizenship required)
- Experience with IPv6, Linux Red Hat, and network monitoring software
- Must obtain CompTIA Security+ and Linux+ certifications within 3 months of hire
- Active Polish/NATO SECRET clearance or ability to obtain it within 6 months
- Ability to work overhead, in confined spaces, kneel, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 45 lbs (20 kg) unassisted
- Valid driver’s license, no criminal record, and willingness to travel as required (EU and U.S.)
