Machine Learning Specialist
Description
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Specialist who will work on developing an internal risk assessment system.

What we expect:
- very good understanding of Python 3 and proven commercial experience
- experience in creating and training ML/DL models (scikit-learn, TF, PyTorch)
- experience with preparing ML models using state-of-the-art solutions, i.e.: modern architectures, architecture design & optimization, pruning, transfer learning)
- experience with building ML/DL model pipelines using MLFlow, AirFlow, TF Serving, Streamlit, REST API or similar.
- experience with monitoring & observing ML models in production (metrics monitoring, model decay, reliability, A/B Testing)
- practical knowledge of ML model repository solutions (model tracking)
- superb self-organization skills
- very good communication skills
- good command of English
- very good command of Polish
Nice-to-have:
- experience with cloud computing and model training in the cloud (AWS or GCP)
- experience with running experiments in a cloud environment
- experience with developing tests and experiments for production models (e.g. A/B tests or multi-armed bandit)
- experience with GitLab, JIRA, Confluence
- familiarity with Agile Manifesto
