Your new company
Polish-Norwegian company, a global leader in the food industry is building a new team in Sopot and currently looking for experienced M3 Solutions Architect.

Your new role
You will join the Global Application team serving business users across the globe and you will report to the Manager of Business Support Systems. Holding the position of M3 Solutions Architect you will be responsible for carrying various areas of responsibility and tasks. This responsibility includes leading and facilitating design process discussions with business process leaders to determine and validate detailed business requirements, performing gap analysis, data validation, system configuration, system testing and user training. You will provide expertise and take a leadership role in the development of M3 ERP system architectures. Ensuring consistency with implementation of global template at MH sites and managing change through established change control processes will be your daily tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years of implementation experience with M3, preferably in a multinational company or as an external consultant. What is more, strong knowledge of supply chain management or financial management in M3, preferably in the foods or FMCG industry. All work is conducted in English therefore fluency in English is required.
