Loss Prevention Advisor
YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As a Loss Prevention Advisor you will act in a multi-faceted role incorporating the protection of company assets, the maintenance of physical security, the promotion of high standards of operational compliance and the highlighting and resolution of instances of employees dishonesty.
- Maintain the physical security of the site to protect company assets and ensure the safety of employees.
- Identify theft risks, recognise incidents of internal and external theft and take necessary actions to resolve such theft.
- Implementation and maintenance of loss prevention procedures.
- Work with PC and LP Management to implement and promote shrink programmes.
- Monitor CCTV to ensure Physical Security is an optimum at all times.
- Conduct patrols of the operational and non operational areas to regularly inspect safety and physical security standards.
- Conduct Operational compliance testing to ensure all PC activity is conducted to a high standard and in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instruction (Win’s) and Quality Standards.
In order to implement these responsibilities you must have:
- Experience in working in international environment (min. 2 years), preferred distribution or manufacturing
- Understanding of Loss Prevention within a Distribution or Retail Environment
- Knowledge of standards security rules and best practise in Poland
- Quality Control or Audit experience
- Coaching skills and an ability to engage with employees
- Self motivated
- Eye for detail
- Ability to analyse risk
- A good standard of written and oral communication
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Communicative English skills
