If you are a specialist and enthusiast in your field with an awesome personality and you would like to join our team, we have a few requirements. You’ll convince us if you have:
- 2 years experience in a similar position in a company that had to deal with international markets
- fluent English & Polish (oral and written)
- higher education (logistics preferred)
- proficiency in MS Office, Excel is a must
- “Strong suppliers'' management and negotiation skills, organization and attention to detail skills
- analytical skills
- ability to respond effectively to the diverse and challenging tasks
- ability to communicate and work effectively in a culturally diversed Team
- ability to work in the international business environment and to cooperate with business partners from all over the world
If we are convinced, the main responsibilities of your role will include:
- managing and controlling storage in various locations
- managing deliveries from external companies and local manufacturers
- collaboration with suppliers and (sub)contractors
- monitoring costs of product purchasing, transportation, warehousing and distribution
- monitoring the complaints process in cooperation with customer service department
