Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementing, monitoring and managing safety, health and environment as well as quality regulations within the warehouse
- Ensure the correct construction, control and management of the logistics budget
- Collaboration with customers and other functional departments
- Select, engage, motivate and manage the team
- Ensure that all materials are receipted in line with Nestle best practices
- Ensure that perpetual inventory checks are carried out in line with the prescribed schedule and that any stock adjustments are investigated, ensuring full inventory record accuracy in our systems
- Effective management of physical inbound and outbound of finished and semi-finished goods as well as raw and pack materials, ensuring optimal arrange of goods and reducing movement losses to a minimum
- Ensure integrity of materials and finished goods, eliminating losses due to damage, aging, or others
- Manage the reception and despatch of hauliers contracted to take export materials to the various markets
- Reduce the reception and despatch time, eliminating waiting time losses for hauliers
- Ensure maintenance of the building and warehouse equipment
- Work with the Project Team to ensure materials flow readiness for new plants and new projects
- Analyzes and implement process improvements by using continual improvement system, World Class Logistics, TPM and LEAN tools
Our expectations:
- Minimum two years of relevant and successful operational experience in a leadership role in warehouse management
- Experience in the management of projects such as:
- Warehouse design
- Distribution network redesign
- Automatization in logistics
- Customer logistics
- Upper-intermediate English level
- Fluent Polish
- Experience in LEAN/TPM environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail orientation
- Ability to balance priorities
- Ability to see the bigger picture beyond the scope of one’s job
