- Analyse business processes and recommend these best fit for automation
- Actively challenge status quo and look for process optimisation
- Gather functional requirements and define the automated process flow
- Create or co-create with the business an up to date and high quality Process Definition Document (PDD)
- Asses projects in the backlog to make sure they are ready for development (e.g. secure all required access for the Robots)
- Closely collaborate with developers to make sure they have all information required for smooth development
- Deliver test cases for User Acceptance Tests
- Propose automation/robot schedule with minimum idle time based on data driven approach and business SLAs
- Run simple automations
- Create and update SAP reporting for ETCC daily rutines as well as administrate ETCC dashboard
- Support the development of freight cost management
- Support the IT scale up of ETCC
- Support any system implementations in ETCC
- At least 1 year of experience in intelligent automation tools and technologies and their applicability to automation ideas
- At least 1 year of experience in business analysis, requirements analysis, business and systems reviews, and working sessions to understand business and functional requirements and system design
- Ability to draw complex processes and finding improvements, experience in process optimization and standardization
- Good experience in project documentation (PDD)
- Ability to drive forward digitalisation and reporting within logistics
- Solid understanding in Logistics
- Experience with business processes either performing or designing operational processes
- Experience in creating any technical solutions like VBA, Complex Excels, Databases, SharePoint, Power Automate would be an asset
- Advanced VBA, programming, SQL or RPA experience would be an asset
- Thorough understanding of IT development within larger organisations
- Ability to automatise labour heavy processes
- Education at Bachelor or Master level within Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business
- English allowing fluent business conversation
- Great verbal and written communications skills across multiple levels
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) would be a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Data analytical capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
