Our Client is a leading European FMCG company. Due to the enforcement of the company's position in Poland and its strong development we are looking for the most suitable and experienced candidate to fulfill the position of LOGISTICS MANAGER, who will introduce innovative solutions and best practices to increase value to the company's bottom line.
- Develop and implement a robust logistics strategy, to deliver excellent distribution/customer service levels and ensure that the stock and transport policies are achieved at a minimal cost
- Recommend organizational changes by analyzing and optimizing flows, as well as, by overseeing industrial planning in factory, suppliers, shipments and external service providers;
- Drive continuous improvement in the cycle from order to delivery, with the final objectives resulting in optimal processes and Client Satisfaction
- Implement and reach high performance indicators by excellent collaboration between the main players (customers, suppliers and other subsidiaries);
- Manage optimization projects to guarantee the success in term of quality/costs/lead times.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position in logistics / supply chain in FMCG
- Business and target orientation with proven achievements
- Excellent communication skills and confirmed management skills
- Ability to work in a fast and dynamic organization while maintaining strong controls and detail to decisions
- Fluent English is a must.
