PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
For one of our Clients, large international end user based in Warsaw, we are looking for dynamic and flexible Support Engineers with a solid business and technical background that can be applied to enterprise applications. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to work independently, and collaborate with technical and non-technical individuals on daily basis with high level commitment to quality.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Provide highly-quality, active Technical Support to end users and partners
- Identify, understand, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot to resolution on customer issues related to Linux / Unix applications
- Collaborate with other teams for handling complex technical issues and continuous application improvement
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or similar would be an advantage
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a previous Support Role would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Linux especially (Ubuntu/Debian/Centos)
- Experience in Apache/Nginx will be great
- Experience working with SQL / NoSQL Database
- Knowledge of Nagios/Zabbix
- System integration and system administration experience
- Experience in working with SAP Hybris Cloud will be a big plus
