To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced:
Legal Manager
Location: Warsaw
Legal Manager is responsible for effective and efficient legal case management. Provides legal advisory service and ensures effective management of legal and contractual risks. Legal Manager reports to Chief Finance Officer with dotted line to HR Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and provide professional advice on internal documents (e.g. contract of employments, B2B contracts, shear planes, other types of agreements) to make sure that they are in compliance with statutory or legal requirements;
- Review ongoing cases and act as advisor for management
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice on contract management
- Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers
- Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business activities and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience legal experience
- Strong Polish labor law knowledge (French labor law would be an asset)
- Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal counsel
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Fluent English (speaking and writing)
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
