Currently, due to the dynamic development of the terminal, we are looking for candidate on the position of:

- Co-ordination of company legal matters and consultancy
- Legal education (master degree)
- Experience in similar position (corporate background)
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert in one of the legal discipline (Trade Law, Revenue Law)
- Ability to cooperate with international law offices
- Ability to coordinate company legal matters
- Ability to keep up with legal ongoing changes and to propose appropriate adjustments
- Ability to perform Company secretarial function
- Language skills, fluent written and verbal in English
- Ability to work independently
- Pro-active approach, with initiative and reliability
- Knowledge of UK law
- Knowledge of Maritime Law
- Communicative level of German language
Employee in this position will be responsible for coordination of legal matters of the company, contracts verification and cooperation with international law offices. Chosen candidate will also play a role of legal consultant to managers and will support them in solving of legal tasks. The employee is also likely to be involved in various projects including those related to the expansion of the terminal and any other ad hoc work as required by the CEO.
