The position is responsible for providing legal administration services to the markets supported by GBS Legal and Regulatory Affairs. Supported activities will cover multiple markets, and will include, amongst others: admin activities with regards to external counsel, administration of budgets, updates and tracking of data, internal legal database maintenance, and similar tasks, and general admin support to GBS Legal and Regulatory Affairs department.

- Responding to legal administration requests coming in from GBS customer countries, using the ServiceNOW system and other systems as required by the specific GBS customer. Maintaing relationships with GBS customers. Ensuring high quality and timely service to GBS customers.
- Contributing to improving GBS internal procedures, workflows and tools, and creation of resilient, strong organisation focused on effectiveness and quality.
- Providing general administration support to the LRA department.
- Carrying out initial reviews of legal correspondence/documents, liaising with internal GBS and external partners as required. Performing accurate legal research and analysis. Preparing and formatting legal and management reports (regular and ad-hoc). Acting as the “go to” person for Legal Admins.
- Training new hires, acting as Owner or SME for certain processes/systems. Managing various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
- Law Graduate, preferably Master Degree.
- Fluent Polish and English, any of the following languages will be an advantage: German, French.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Legal Operations/Administrative support. Expertise and proven record in using global admin systems (e.g.,ServiceNOW, SAP, Legal Tracker, contract management systems).
- Familiarity with global admin systems (ServiceNOW, SAP) welcomed but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent planning, organising and prioritization skills
- Proficient MS Office skills
