What do you need to become a Trainer?
- Experience in conducting training – at least 1 year of experience as a trainer and/or a minimum of 500 hours of training conducted;
- Experience in designing and modifying training programs, gathering and analyzing development needs, evaluating training materials, and training evaluation;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills (Soft Skills);
- Fluent knowledge of German (C1/C2) and English (minimum B2);
- A good knowledge of the Polish language is desirable;
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting training sessions based on project needs;
- Managing training content (refreshing, proposing changes);
- Supporting and motivating Foundever employees;
- Organizing training to enhance/refresh skills and qualifications;
- Creating new training programs, assessing training materials, and documenting process progress.
Employment conditions:
- Hybrid work from modern office in Gdańsk;
- Contract of Employment;
- Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with some exceptions depending on project needs).
