Learning Management System Consultant

The Learning Systems and Programmes Consultant will be responsible for:
- Course catalogue management: Manage course catalogue in LMS (Learning Management System): The LMS administrator will manage the structure of the catalogue and postings
- Training management: LMS provides a training course booking system for delegates, with the potential to invite them to the session providing they have the right authorisation. As we have many events scheduled each year for our major programmes, including the Graduate Program trainings and meetings, we need to maintain the automation of this process. The responsibility of the consultant is to set the events with the individual course facilitator and then manage the creation and bookings etc in the LMS.
- Manage delivery partners in Operations: This role will align very closely to the many partners in Learning and Talent Management (LTM) with a strong focus in European regions. They will have other responsibilities outside of the systems to support the delivery of learning programs.
- Reporting: Provides metrics for learning completions and evaluation. We need to report on training completions, for compliance with our own internal procedures and for external governance requirements. Further to we should systematically evaluate all programmes, The responsibility of the LMS administrator is to manage this data and create reports for bids, tender activities, for audits (Government offices) and for certification companies (Lloyds and similar).
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent required.
- Experience in coordination or/and developing and handling training programmes or former administrative would be a plus.
- Good level of English (spoken and written).
- Self-management, logical thinking, customer orientation.
- Good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel.
- Ideally, experience with learning management systems.
- Commitment and ability to work independently.
