- Leading and supporting creation of various global L&D programs:
- On-going assessment of existing programs and recommendations of improvements
- Expert support of the new programs development, full scope program development (including digital platforms), L&D content development and curation
- Designing and delivering e-learning courses, workshops and other internal learning & development programs (coaching, mentoring, assessments, leadership programs) as well as internal L&D communications
- Management and coordination of L&D programs:
- Leading the global programs co-creation with business schools, external training partners and suppliers (preparing detailed projects’ briefs, communication plan, pre-post assessment surveys, budgeting and required admin support)
- Providing management, license and financial planning and cost analysis
- Reporting and evaluation of programs
- Internal consultancy and knowledge expertise:
- Evaluating and analyzing organizational development needs, providing relevant recommendations and improvements
- Helping business partners/functions and/or employees to make the most learning opportunities
- Supporting the creation of learner centricity organization
- Identifying current and future skills requirements of an organization, providing input to the global L&D strategy creation
- Creating flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workplace
- Have an University Degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning and Development area and projects (preferable with multinational global company)
- Knowledge of various learning methods including digital
- Experience with LMS and LX systems and platforms implementation
- Marketing and/or communication experience is a big advantage
- Strong business acumen
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are an asset
- Experience in usage of digital technologies
- Knowledge of SAP HR/Success Factors is a plus
- Very profound Power Point an Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
