- Manages the Executive education nomination process (defines the nomination process and timelines, follows-up with nominees and business schools, manages exceptions)
- Supports creation of global L&D programs (consolidates of existing executive programs into one global portfolio, expert support of new programs development, manages global JTI Digital Training portfolio)
- Coordination with executive education, global mentoring and assessment providers (coordinates the global programs with business schools, provides logistical and administration support where needed)
- Global Mentoring program coordination (further develops/pivot/adjust program when necessary, ensure right mentor/mentee match, promotes usage and adoption and ensure program standards and quality)
- Global Assessments portfolio ownership (manages global assessment portfolio, provides expert consultancy to JTI locations in terms of assessment usage/selection, monitors adherences to standards and quality of usage)
- Have an University Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development area, Mentoring and Assessment processes
- Fluent English (written and spoken), other languages are an asset
- Profound knowledge of SAP HR/SuccessFactors
- Good communication and facilitation skills
