Learning & Development Business Partner works in L&D Team, dedicated to support managers and employees in their training & development needs. Is a hub for development initiatives and contact within all training matters. Guardian of consistency of Training Policy across the company.

- Have at least 2 years of experience in HR area
- Have experience in driving independent HR projects and soft skills trainings
- Are good at English (B2+ level)
- Have willingness to travel (optionally)
You will be responsible for:
- Talking to people, working with open doors, knowing people by face, name, passions & competences
- Acting as a point of contact about Training Policy and development opportunities
- Knowing & updating managers and employees about all procedures and changes that are going to come in L&D area. L&D communication management (face to face, emails, wiki, walls etc.)
- Discovering training needs, conducts soft skills training personally, provides training evaluation
- Cooperating with suppliers, executes training policy tasks, organizes external and internal trainings
- Managing some additional L&D projects
