At the moment we are looking for a Learning & Development Administrator:

Supporting the day-to-day planning and logistics of training programs.

Booking training venues and ensuring they’re properly set up.

Managing training schedules.
-
Maintaining training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets) and ensuring their inventory.

Acting as a point-of-contact for participants and trainers.

Resolving logistic issues as they arise onsite.
-
Disseminating training material.
-
Participating in ordering trainings from external suppliers according to standards and procedures.

Other duties related to trainings` logistics as assigned.
Qualifications

Experience working in a professional office environment in HR department - ideally as a recruitment coordinator

Experienced in supporting a large team of recruiters and managing multiple stakeholders

Experience in using Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype for Business)

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ideally Taleo)

Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines

Strong planning and organizational skills (attention to detail)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in written and spoken English
