- for this role we believe you need to have a proven record of developing people & organisations, minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, minimum 1 year of experience in Leadership/Competence development along with understanding of a cross-functional global matrix organisation.
In the role as Learning Delivery Specialist, you secure competent and engaged IKEA co-workers who deliver an excellent customer experience. You are responsible to execute all learning delivery in Market Area that You join (Warsaw or outside Warsaw Market) in an efficient, effective and consistent way to enable business results through the potential in people in all units.
- have responsibility for delivery of learning content in the Market Area (Warsaw or outside Warsaw market),
- coordinate with country Competence & Leadership Leader to ensure that global tools and learning offers are implemented,
- secures execution of country training calendar for both leadership and competence development, either acting as a facilitator or by securing available and competent facilitators,
- Uses digital tools and systems that support an efficient and accurate learning delivery process and follow-up,
- network with stakeholders (e.g. line managers and co-workers) in the Market Area to identify, understand and support delivery of their learning needs,
- follow up on the deliverables and outcome of the learning activities,
- actively secure that the learning environment and learning activities promote and stimulate the IKEA values and culture,
- work interdependently with the Country Leadership and Competence team to secure local business needs are delivered through a relevant learning offer.
In this role you will report to Market Area P&C Poland (Warsaw or outside Warsaw market).
