In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be responsible for all aspects of learning delivery in the assigned geographic scope through the following:
- Ensure effective and high quality learning delivery.
- Cooperate closely with the Center of Excellence team, the Philips University team as well as with other stakeholders.You are responsible for
- The execution of the Center of Excellence Learning Strategy in the assigned geographic scope (i.e. Hub Location) as well as best practice sharing across our Center of Excellence Global Community.
- Managing sourcing and selection of internal trainers/leaders/facilitators and external training vendors where necessary and in line with the Center of Excellence Learning Strategy and Philips University governance.
- Continuous improvement of Center of Excellence Learning Delivery.
- Stimulating learner motivation and encouraging participation.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- A relevant degree.
- 5 – 7 years working experience as a Learning and Development professional in a global multi national corporation including learning deployment responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience in various aspects of the end-to-end learning cycle including needs analysis, learning design and development, learning delivery and learning evaluation with a particular focus on learning delivery and facilitation (content as well as process and culture change facilitation).
- Demonstrated success implementing scalable, repeatable learning solutions (leveraging learning technology) from initial assessment through to final implementation.
- Ability to influence across complex organizational boundaries, global boundaries and diverse cultures.
- Demonstrated experience as a change agent, change leader in transformation with the ability to influence through complex systems.
- Fluent English. Other European languages are welcome.
