Location: near Starachowice
Responsibilities:
- Performing a Lean education across the plant (6S, SW, SMED, TPM, VSM, ...);
- Promoting culture of continuous improvement and Lean thinking in the plant;
- Drawing the road map for improvement opportunities;
- Exchanging the best practices in the division and implementation in the factory;
- Leading Kaizen activities;
- Reporting the progress of the Lean manufacturing projects;
- Managing relationships with all teams;
- Identifying of waste and utilization losses in the production lines, leading problem solving and
- supervising preventive actions.
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience in Lean, change management;
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology;
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills;
- Very good organizational and planning skills;
- Proactive attitude and passion;
- Fluent in spoken and written English is essential as it is the company working language.
