Active support of Lean Strategy Program – daily support for managers & leaders in GEMBA
Responsible for planning of Lean initiatives and its timely realization
Responsible for mentoring Lean Leaders, Champions and validation of Lean documentation according to standard
Coordination and support for program managers
Min 4 years of Lean management experience
Experience in the areas of business process re-engineering, process design, organizational transformation
Proven project management knowledge
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Customer and business orientation
Drive for results
Stress resistance and ability to manage a dynamically changing environment
Fluent English (verbal & written), other languages are in plus
