- Managing projects independently
what we expect
- Higher technical education degree
- 2-5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or food industry in a similar position
- Fluent English, speaking, and writing (C1)
- Advanced Ms Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Visio and Minitab
- Practical knowledge of project management
- Practical knowledge of process modeling programs
- Practical knowledge of Autocad (2D)
- Green Belt certification or relevant Lean certificate would be an advantage
- Practical knowledge of systems and tools for increasing quality and productivity (Lean, Six Sigma, Problem Solving)
- Proven track record of process improvements that have been successfully implemented
- Very good operational and organizational skills
- Independence in making decisions
- Analytical and logical mind-set
- Effective problem solving and precise information transfer
