For this role we believe you have minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience, minimum 1 year of experience in Leadership/Competence development and experience from a global matrix organisation and/or participating in global projects.
YOU WILL
- Contribute to ensuring that global tools and learning offers are used: keeping country competence and leadership development offer up-to-date, and support coordination of all development of learning solutions from People & Culture organisation
- Collaborate with competence specialists to ensure key capability building goals translate to learning curriculum, as well as coordinating with other functions to develop country specific solutions
- Support execution of country training calendar for both leadership and competence development including securing available and competent facilitators
- Support in implementation of global leadership development program portfolio by coordinating and all competence needs within country organisation
- Gather and coordinate all country level competence profiles to help ensure alignment across functions
- Use digital tools and systems that support an efficient and accurate Competence Management process
- Network with stakeholders across the country organisation to best understand and support delivery of their Leadership & Competence development solution needs
- Utilise the People & Culture administrator for organising and follow up of learning activities in units and SO
