- For this role we believe you have minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience, minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Development (leadership development/competence management/succession management) and experience from at matrix organisation and/or participating in projects.
- You have a knowledge about localising, developing and maintaining a competence model that supports the talent management needs of company, also by analysing learning needs and localising learning delivery to meet the competence development needs of the co-workers.
In the role as Leadership & Competence Manager, you are responsible for localising and implementing INGKA Group Leadership and Competence Development concept, framework, approach and process as well as co-creating with the Centre of Expertise to ensure that the right leadership and competence solutions to deliver on business targets are in place. You secure a great customer and co-worker experience through strong leaders and highly competent co-workers.
- Be a local leader responsible for overall Leadership and Competence development in the country
- Coordinate with the Centre of Expertise for Talent Development at INGKA Group to localise, lead and implement the frameworks, approach and process in order to ensure successful implementation in the country
- Be a responsible for transmission of country Leadership and Competence Development needs to the Centre of Expertise, providing the country perspective in co-creation of frameworks, approach and process
- Lead and develop a strategically focused Country Leadership and Competence Development team and ensure that the team works effectively, collaboratively, and creatively with individuals and teams throughout the company
- Establish a high standard of excellence within the function including identifying, communicating, localising and implementing Leadership and Competence Development for all co-workers in the country organisation
- Build a network with stakeholders across the country organisation to proactively monitor and manage leadership, competence, development and succession needs for today and the future
- Drive close cooperation with country Recruitment and Sourcing function to ensure alignment between recruiting strategy and succession plan.
