We are now looking for a Leader of Financial Control, to lead, coach and grow the financial control team in Lodz together with our current leadership team.

Welcome to the Regulatory Reporting unit. We add value by providing capital, financial and tax reporting to authorities and management with quality. As leader, you’ll play a valuable role in leading the team through reporting cycles, ensure staffing and skills are in place, drive strategy across the unit in areas of continous improvements all while responding to regulatory changes in the external environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Recruiting and building a team
- Coaching and developing individuals
- Driving strategic implementation in the unit
- Contributing towards a continuous improving mindset and tangible deliveries
- Capacity planning, KPIs and general leadership tasks
- Continue to evolve our lean practises and ways of working
You’ll join a fast paced moving environment and a unit with the ability to quickly adapt to its surroundings. The role is based in Lodz, Poland.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Are structred, having ability to plan and execute on several pipelines
- Have a passion for operations and numbers
- Are able to create structure under pressure
Your experience and background:
- Minimum 4 years of previous leadership experience
- Experience in the fields of accounting, credit or risk
- Bachelor degree in Economics or Engineering
- Track record of building teams
