Lead Full Stack PHP Developer

Profile:

• Solid background in website development using PHP frameworks and native coding and Javascript
• Have full working knowledge of HTML and CSS (SASS is also a plus).
• You have knowledge of common libraries like Jquery.
• You need to be able to easily navigate and understand the document object model.
• You ought to know what impacts the speed of a website from both the front and backend.
• You are not only able to write excellent procedural code, but also write object-oriented PHP and are fully versed on classes, objects, interfaces.
• You have the experience integrating PHP and Javascript through asynchronous requests or other modern techniques.
• You have the Mysql experience for queries and command line fixes.
• You have the understanding of caching technologies and you know how they work and when they should be used.
• You have the debugging and code profiling experience.
• You have the knowledge of public API's and how to interact with them as well as how to build and manage your own.

General skills:

• You speak English really well.
• You are experienced in or are happy about working cross-culturally and collaborating with different personalities and perspectives.
• You are keen on supporting people-activities including recruitment interviews, technical onboarding, implementation of training activities as well as performance management.
• You are a self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced business environment.
• You are happy to assist with Company-wide objectives and goals, including driving OKRs activities throughout the team.
