Labor Management Specialist
Location: Magnice / near Wroclaw
Responsibilities:
- Close and extensive collaboration with Temp Agencies ensuring that our Warehouse Centers are consistently staffed with quality labor in timely manner
- Coordination of recruitment of temporary members of staff
- Preparing analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators
- Implement and develop strategies based off consistently changing needs of the business by tracking hiring schedules and forecasted attendance rates
- Ensuring high quality Onboarding process of New Commers
- Establish and maintain healthy working relationships within Operations
- Implement efficient sourcing strategies of Warehouse employees hiring
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience
- Warehouse or production factory background
- 5+ years of experience managing hourly and salary employees
- Excellent language skills (both written and verbal), both in Polish and English
- Strong analitycal skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking key performance metrics
- Strong negotiation skills and cost awareness
- Ability to work in a team environment, coordinating and being a team member
- Strong client service and time management focus in global organization
- Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and external parties
- Ability to execute a recruiting strategy, including: employer promotion, diversity sourcing, interview process and candidate management
- Knowledge of local employment law
