On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized BPO company in Gdynia, we are currently looking for a Candidate who will hold the position of KYC/AMLUser Support Team Lead.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching the team of KYC/AML User Support Specialists. He/She will also manage and resolve customer issues or escalate them when necessary. The person will be involved in recruitment processes and will supervise reaching key performance measures in the team.

The ideal Candidate for this role must have a sound knowledge of KYC and Compliance systems and experience in a technical customer service role. It is necessary to have knowledge of project management techniques and good communications skills both within the team and with customers. Fluency in English is a must.
