Support on accounting, financial and credit control, financial reporting, sales analysis and project followup for the Polish & CEE Refinish market.
The role includes the support in the following main areas:
Customer payments bookings to AR/GL
Allocation of payments
Reporting
Credit Control - Credit Limits and Overdue control
Customer relationships
Dunning letters
Customer statements to customers
Poland, CE and EE ageing report to salesreps
Reconciliation AR-GL
Account Analysis
Monthly closing reports to Polish authorities: Intra-EU transaction report, Limited representation expenses, etc…
Full VAT Report: AR VAT preparation and AP VAT consolidation
Monthly sales reports for Sales Managers
Define new reports and implement business control reports with FC, MM
Statutory Reporting
GL closing, US GAAP month end reporting
some HR and payrolling duties
Requirements:
2-3 years of working experience in finance role
good knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations
degree in business economics, finance or business management.
excellent analytical skills
literate in IT and Excell.
excellent interpersonal skills with experience dealing with customers at all levels.
ability to build good working relationships at all levels in a complex international organization.
Oracle, Microsoft Access and Cognos knowledge is a strong advantage
