As AR Accountant you will be responsible for process credit request initiate, customer billing manage, AR Sub Ledger Period Close activities. Cash Application and process Intercompany Cash Settlement Transactions. Working on this position you will manage Month End Closing Activities and Customer Disputes. You will Consolidate financial-accounting information / situations /reports received from Accounts Receivable Agents and distribution to project manager . Review of Accounts Reconciliation made by from Accounts Receivable Agents and review activities closing month / year made by Accounts Receivable Agents.
The perfect candidate for this position should have Professional finance qualification/s and degree in Finance and Accounting or related field and/or demonstrated knowledge and experience in a Finance and Accounting environment. Ability to operate effectively in an fast moving, global environment with tight deadlines and finite resources Experience of Oracle ERP is an asset. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel (formulas, functions, pivot tables charts), Word (formatting, track changes, table of contents), PowerPoint (graphics & charts, animations, transitions).A strong customer focus, committed to exceeding customer expectations and continuous improvement. Proficient in English and Polish and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to takes initiative and works without much supervision Problem solving and issue resolution skills with resilience to resolve issues
