MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant

MS Dynamics 365 Consultant, Warsaw, Poland

Location  Poland, Warsaw

Tasks

• Basically, you’ll be a ‘link’ between business functions and IT
• Primary responsible for the MS Dynamics application (from IT perspective)
• Provide 2nd line support (1st line at Power User & Helpdesk)
• Manage all issues, changes and requests
• Support/propose/analyse Change Requests
• Align Change Request priority into Release Management
• Train users & maintain training materials
• Perform ‘smoke testing’, coordinate testing
• Maintain vendor and community relationships and knowledge of Roadmap, ISV Solutions, Localizations

• Communicate effortlessly in English
• Familiar with finance vertical and with Dynamics AX or 365 solutions
