Opis stanowiska
- Obsługa zapytań klientów (telefon, czat, e-mail).
- Reprezentacja lidera branży motoryzacyjnej.
- Dokumentacja w systemie CRM.
- Współpraca międzydziałowa dla lepszej obsługi.
- Aktualizowanie wiedzy o ofertach i zasadach klienta.
- Wykorzystanie wiedzy motoryzacyjnej do rozwiązywania problemów.
Wymagania
- Znajomość języka niemieckiego (C1).
- Znajomość języka angielskiego (B2).
- Umiejętności diagnozowania i rozwiązywania problemów.
- Zainteresowanie motoryzacją.
- Dbałość o wysoką jakość obsługi.
