For our partner, an Investment Banking organization in Warsaw, we are hiring a Kondor+ Technical Analyst / Developer to join our application team and be a part of an upgrade project.
Role:
Kondor+ is the world’s most widely used trade and risk management solution serving more than 600 institutions in 66 countries, including some of the biggest names in finance. We are having multiple initiatives, and our biggest driver is the Kondor 3.4.8 application upgrade, with an operating system (Solaris -> Red Hat) and database migration (Sybase - > MS SQL).
- Knowledge of RDBMS (Sybase ASE, Microsoft SQL)
- Experience in DB Migration
- Experience in SQL Programming, SQL Optimizing, Tuning
- Unix System Know How (RHEL)
- Unix Scripting: Shell, Python
- Familiarity with the full software development life cycle
- Professional experience in automation with scripts like korn shell, python etc.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux/UNIX (incl. script programming)
- Basic knowledge of Java and/or other programming languages
- Kondor 3.x product/application experience
- Knowledge of the following areas of Kondor+ 3.x: - Import / Export (KIS /TradeKast) API; Custom Windows; Open Reports; DealFlow
- Experience in leading planning, architecture, implementation and support for application containerisation for large scale complex application environment
- Ability to create test strategies and test concepts and to organize test cycles
- Communicative English
