Job Responsibilities
- Tasks dividing according to processes
Production team management
Process:
- Planning and organizing work for subordinates
- Conducting training for shift leaders
- Shift leaders control
- Line activities reporting
Production process control (quality and quantity)
Process:
- Production process improvement and optimization
- Leading Kaizen, TPS and 3S activities on the production line
- Supervision over production process parameters
- Technological supervision over production station
- Control and change settings according to process requirement
- Control of production results
- Technical documentation preparing
- Technical problems solving, preventing and analyzing
New product implementation
Process:
- Implementation of product modification
- Implementation of new product according to customer requirement
Job Requirements:
- Education: Technical university education
- Experience: Experience on the production area – 3 years
- Knowledge/Skills: English (communicative level)
- Knowledge of: ISO TS 16949 , PFMEA, TPS
