Job Responsibilities
Tasks dividing according to processes
1. Production team management
Process:
1. Planning and organizing work for subordinates
2. Conducting training for shift leaders
3. Shift leaders control
4. Line activities reporting
2. Production process control (quality and quantity)
Process:
1. Production process improvement and optimization
2. Leading Kaizen, TPS and 3S activities on the production line
3. Supervision over production process parameters
4. Technological supervision over production station
5. Control and change settings according to process requirement
6. Control of production results
7. Technical documentation preparing
8. Technical problems solving, preventing and analyzing
3. New product implementation
Process:
1. Implementation of product modification
2. Implementation of new product according to customer requirement
Job Requirements:
Education: Technical university education
Experience: Experience on the production area – 3 years
Knowledge/Skills: English (communicative level)
Knowledge of: ISO TS 16949 , PFMEA, TPS
Good experience working at World-wide Japanese High-Tech company !
