Kierownik Inżynierii Produkcji / Production Engineering Supervisor
Miejsce pracy: Bochnia
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Creating and administrating documents necessary for production activities
- Standardizing documents necessary for production activities
- Optimizing safety, quality, cost and delivery control
- Surveying customer complaints and preparing documents with countermeasures
- Activities related to internal audits and customer audits
- Direct communication with headquarters
- Exchanging information related to parts and products with the HQ and with other overseas branches of the Mabuchi group
- Evaluating and verifying tests requested by HQ
- Supervising equipment maintenance activities of production and parts production
- Administrating IT task necessary for production activities
- Providing training to personnel necessary to perform production activities
- Managing interpreter staff
- Creating reports and presentations for internal meetings
- Creating technical documentation
Experience
- More than five years of experience
Qualifications and skills
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Understanding of quality standards （ISO/TS/VDA）
- Experience of quality issue solving（8D report/5why)
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of JIT and KAIZEN
- Knowledge of 5S
- Computer skills (office in particular)
- English language ability
- University graduate
Physical requirements
- Walk, move, etc. The person in this position needs to move occasionally about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

- Be able to travel to overseas branches located in countries such as China, Vietnam and Japan
