- Work together with the Internal BusinessClient to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate functionaland technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver productseffectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuringthat projects remain on target to meet deadlines;
- Work closely with the Product Owner, Sales,and Business Analysts, for understanding the system's functional and non‐functionalrequirements;
- Collaborate with the Product Management indefining the Product Vision;
- Demonstrate leadership abilities to InternalBusiness Clients with the deployment of software projects, enhancements andfixes that are coordinated based on release schedules;
- Provide a software development plan that meetsthe future needs of Internal Business Client;
- Evolve the existing software systemapplications and architecture in various areas as needed, particularly withadequate care about application speed and overall performance
- Coordinate release planning;
- Help developers resolve both technicalproblems as well as human resources issues;
- Will need to be hands on and be able to assistengineers in reviewing their designs and coding;
- Monitor individual employees' performance;
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach,motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and careerdevelopment.
- Master of Computer Science or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of management/ leadershipexperience in a software development organization required;
- Must have at least 7 years experience workingthrough the design, development, release cycle, and delivering softwareproducts to market;
- A record of successful delivery of softwareapplications as an individual, team leader and/or development manager;
- Strong understanding of the software developmentcycle;
- Strong leadership, project management skills,time management, and problem solving skills;
- Recent knowledge of Microsoft languages andframeworks. Hands on manager that can review technical solutions and providefeedback or explain complex solutions to non-technical audience
- Experience with managing the development of.Net based applications;
- Experience and knowledge in Web applicationsrunning in layered architecture in SOA and DB connection;
- Is interested and proactively researches newtechnologies and processes. Takes initiatives to share and present new methodsor trends that may improve our daily operations and works with others toimplement such measures.;
- Relevant experience with web services andREST;
- Understanding of relational databases (MSSQL);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers;
- Knowledge of web servers IIS 7+, Tomcat;
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2(or higher);
- Knowledge of languages C#, T-SQL;
- Knowledge of network aspects;
- Willingness to dive into software environmentsand technical issues;
- High command of verbal and written English.
