Creating, implementing, developing andsupervisingpersonnel policyconsistentwith the assumptions ofthe company and company culture

Cooperating with board management in case of development personnel policy and being support in matter of making decision

Planning activities in the field of employer branding

Organizing and managing recruitment processes

Being responsible for the operational management of employee relationships and the internal communication system such as adaptation programs, employee stabilization, employee satisfaction surveys, and corporate culture development

Preparing staff budget and training budget connected to business plans
-
Cooperating with managers from other department to monitor employee issues and disputes and providing support, guidance, and information to employees on all employment related matters

Supporting other departments in the management and development of their staff in the field of management, personal development planning, training etc.

Managing and developing process of regular staff evaluation
-
Assuring quality and functionality for the areas like: salary structure, bonus, compensation & benefits and payroll process

Being responsible for mainatance and administration of the company’s personnel data

Analyzing trends and taking them in consideration

Keeping up to date in labour market
-
At least 5 or more year experience at similar position
-
Master degree (preferred human resources management, psychology or related)

Practical knowledge of processes such as: recruitment, training, remuneration system, motivational systems and staff development
-
Senior experience in co-creating personnel policies and adapting it to the needs of the enterprise preferably from the international environment

Experience in managing payroll process

Deep understanding of Polish labor legislation

Experience in the recruitment/hiring process, staff development, supervision, evaluation, training and management system
-
Strong communication skills also coaching, advising, mentoring experience

Good orientation for people and business

Flexible, self-starter, team player with ability to anticipate problems and bring in solutions

PC skills on a good level

Fluent English
