Essential Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Key Account Managers (daily team management, support and development)
- Planning, coordinating and delivering created sales plans
- Participating in negotiations with Key Accounts, including: presenting offers, preparing sales documentation in accordance with internal procedures, organizing meeting schedules and reporting
- Coordinating the service implementation process in new Key Accounts’ commercial facilities
- Improving internal processes and tools in order to increase general effectiveness
- Daily management of Key Accounts - responding to their needs and future investment plans
- Being responsible for local and international contracts
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- Team management experience is a must
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate sales & key account management (preferably in finance, telecommunications or IT sector)
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-orientated environment with excellent organizational skills
