Currently, for our Client we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Your task as a Key Account Manager Retail comprehends the active managing of existing retail partners as well as developing new retail partnerships. In this course, the Key Account Manager will define the assortment offer at the retail partners and is being responsible for achieving the retail sales budget.
- Preparing and implementing strategy for company business development in the retail segment, incl. acquisition and managing of (new) retail partners
- Defining assortment strategy for the retail partners
- Managing the retail budget, incl. planning, analyzing, forecasting and effective allocation
- Representing company in the negotiations with retail partners’ headquarters
- Effectively managing the agreements with retail partners, to maximize the business profit
- Monitoring the progress of the daily cooperation with retail partners
- Managing small internal team and external merchandizing service
- Having university degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development / B2B sales
- Experience in the category management role is an asset
- Knowing the Polish retail market, esp. modern chains
- Strong analytical skills and a high sense for numbers
- Very good communication skills
- Team player with leadership skills
- Pronounced self-motivated and committed
- Ambitious and stress resistant
- Very good English skills
