About our client
Our Client is one of the most recognizable manufacturers of high quality flexible packaging in Europe. Main clients are companies from FMCG and pharmaceutical sector. Currently, due to further expansion on European markets we are looking for goal oriented and ambitious individual to fill the position of Key Account Manager.
Job description
- Maintain relationship with key clients, especially with regard to the multinational companies.
- Develop new sales of high quality flexible packaging manufactured in Poland.
- Increase sales volume and constantly penetrate dedicated market area.
- Actively pursue direct sales and marketing opportunities within Europe.
- Increase customer satisfaction and customer value added benefits.
- Understand and fulfill key client requirements and initiatives.
- Introduce new initiatives in line with the commercial policy.
- Monitor the flexible packaging sales activity in Europe.
- Negotiate contract conditions.
Who we are looking for
- College Degree in economics or other business discipline.
- Min. 3 years of business development experience in a packaging or printing environment.
- A natural talent to influence, negotiate, sell and maintain positive relationships with major clients.
- Good organizational, presentation, planning and communication skills.
- Fluent in Polish and English, other foreign language skills are desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Open and outgoing personality.
