Currently we are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team as Key Account Manager with the responsibility for Industrial sector.
Your challenge:
You are responsible for building and fostering relationships with named accounts in order to maximize sales and profitability with these accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identification of market opportunities and building business development plan
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key personnel at named accounts
- Growing the overall sales funnel by diligent and disciplined penetration of assigned customers’ wallet
- Delivering on the sales targets
- Creating action plans to penetrate key accounts, identifying multiple stakeholders and engaging internal resources while driving the sales process
- Driving for highest levels of customer satisfaction understanding challenges that are critical to customers and takes a solution-based approach
- Bringing customer insight and straighten Philips proposition within the Industrial sector
We are looking for a person who fits the following requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 3-5 years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast paced technology industry
- Experience in Industrial sector
- Knowledge of the process of selling services and / or solutions tailored to customer needs in the B2B sector
- Ability to build an account strategy for long term partnership development
- Fluent English
- Focusing on customers, creating customer delight
- Understanding complex sales cycles at strategic level
- Understanding Technology/Software & Connectivity domains
- Proactive approach and self-drive
- Driving license
