Procurement Shared Services Center (PSSC) based in Łódź, Poland, is part of global Philips Procurement. Under the umbrella of Royal Philips, Philips Procurementmanages and performs sourcing and procurement activities for (indirect) goods and services for Philips. PSSC acts on behalf of the Philips businesses, handling every step in the purchasing process – from demand analysis to final delivery.
By combining the current Philips Automotive Lighting business and the LED activities of Philips LumiLeds we are creating a global leading lighting components business, which an unified global technology and innovation-driven lighting platform. The name of the new company will be LumiLeds. As a leading global technology company, LumiLeds supplies high-quality LED components to the downstream segments of the lighting industry as well as LED and Conventional lighting components to the automotive industry. The company also holds top 3 market positions in most of its end markets: General Illumination, Automotive OEM and Aftermarket, Specialty and Display LED products for the Smartphone and Display segments.
Your team:
Demand Management and Customer Care team focuses on procurement process execution excellence. We are in the center of the procurement process acting as the first line support of a global requisitioning tool, providing purchasing instructions to the business, as well as administrating e-catalogues. The team also manages the relationship with our BPO partner responsible for transactional activities.
Your responsibilities:

Provides system maintenance and updates

Manages administrative tasks related to Philips applications and processes

Performs extensive 1st line and/or 2nd line support activities

Maintains relationships with internal and external stake holders

Identifies and participating (supporting) in procurement /improvement projects /initiatives

Delivering service related reports and analysis

Conducting communication with business clients with regards to the service
We are looking for people with:
- Graduate with Bachelor or equivalent degree
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- High level of attention to details
- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload
- Developed analytical thinking skills
- Computer literacy essential and experience inMS office applications (a good command of MS Excelis a must)
- Strong communication skills,confident to communicate with all levels/different cultural backgrounds
