Junior SharePoint Administrator
Job Description
Person handling this position will be responsible for Application Technical Management in area of MS SharePoint Server.
- Provide administration of SharePoint Server 2007 and 2010
- Work with incidents, change requests and problem tickets
- Plan installation of patches during off-peak hours
- Disk space monitoring, backups, solution deployments and other repetitive tasks
- Interaction with hardware vendors for the replacement of the faulty hardware
- Troubleshoot issues related with Sharepoint servers
- Proactive maintenance and preventive monitoring
- Keeping internal documentation up to date
- Experience in Sharepoint 2007, 2010 or 2013
- Familiarity with SharePoint farm topology and standard components
- Knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server administration
- Experience in working with IIS 7 and other web servers
- Experience in service monitoring and maintenance
- The ability to diagnose and solve problems
- Ability to read and write technical documentation
- Fluent communication in English
