For Hemmersbach Poland located in Bielany Wrocławskie we are seeking for:
Junior Service Desk Agent with English language
Your main responsibilities:
- filtering and qualifying IT service repair orders,
- reporting and processing an end user escalation,
- active contact with our technicians (mainly via e-mail),
- maintaining positive relations with our corporate customers,
- monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow,
- on-going analysis and validation of data included in orders, on the basis of Hemmersbach procedures.

- very good knowledge of English language,
- readiness to multi-shift working on a weekly schedule,
- openness to learn new things,
- practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point),
